These Terms govern purchases of custom DJ logo visuals in the BA - DJ VISUALS shop operated by BA visuals LLC.
BA visuals LLC, registered address 5 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, Company ID (TIN) 41-3356160 (“we”, “us”) operates the BA - DJ VISUALS shop at https://ba-visuals.com/shop (the “Shop”). Contact: [email protected]. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every order placed through the Shop. By placing an order you accept these Terms.
Payments are processed by Gumroad, Inc. as the merchant of record. Gumroad’s Terms of Service and buyer protection apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in EUR and do not include VAT or sales tax. Depending on your country, Gumroad may add VAT or sales tax at checkout; the final amount including tax is shown before you pay. Amounts shown in other currencies are rounded estimates and the charge is made in EUR.
Each product in the Shop is a custom-made DJ logo animation: we render the scene shown in the preview with your logo (or your DJ name if you do not have a logo). The delivered file is an MP4 video (H.264), 2560 × 1080 px, silent, as described in the product and FAQ. The preview shows exactly the scene you receive; only the logo changes.
You upload your logo and DJ name in the checkout form. You confirm that you own the rights to the logo and any material you send us, or that you are authorised to use it. We may refuse orders containing unlawful, offensive or infringing content and will refund such orders in full. If you send us a low-quality logo, we will do our best, but the result depends on the quality of your file.
Orders are rendered manually and delivered by e-mail as a download link, usually within 24 hours. Delivery times are estimates, not a guarantee. After payment you receive a link to a live tracking page showing the status of your render. Download links stay valid for 30 days – please save your files.
Small changes are possible after delivery – for example different colours or removing some of the elements. Just e-mail us at [email protected] after your order is delivered. Larger changes or new scenes are treated as a new order.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Our visuals are made to your specification (your logo) and delivered as digital content. By placing an order you expressly request that we start work immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the rendering of your order has started and, in any case, once the files have been delivered. If you change your mind before we start rendering, e-mail us and we will refund you in full.
Because every order is custom-made and the preview shows the exact result, orders cannot be refunded once the files have been delivered. If we cannot deliver your order within 72 hours of payment, we refund the full amount through Gumroad and inform you by e-mail. If you wish to cancel before we start rendering, e-mail us as soon as possible and we will refund you if work has not begun.
After payment you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the delivered files for your own performances, LED walls, live streams, promotion and social media, including commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the delivered files or the underlying scenes, and you may not use them to create products for third parties. The design and project files of each scene remain our intellectual property. We may show delivered work in our portfolio and social media; e-mail us if you prefer that we do not.
First-order discount codes are single-use and valid for the period stated in the e-mail. Bundle discounts are applied automatically in the cart according to the number of scenes in the order. Referral rewards are issued after the referred order has been paid; self-referrals do not count. Only one discount code can be used per order. We may cancel discounts or rewards obtained through abuse.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, cancelled shows or technical incompatibility of a venue’s equipment. You are responsible for testing the files on your equipment before a show; if you need a different resolution or format, contact us before ordering.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
If something is wrong with your order, e-mail us at [email protected] and we will try to resolve it quickly and fairly. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
